Rewire, Renew & Refresh Your Mental Health: What to Expect

If you're looking for a structured, supportive way to build emotional resilience, deepen self-understanding, and make meaningful changes in your life, our Rewire, Renew & Refresh Your Mental Health skills group may be exactly what you need!

This 8-week online group program is designed to help you develop practical, research-backed tools to better navigate life’s challenges with the added benefit of shared growth and connection with others.

How the Group Works

  • 75-minute sessions, once a week, delivered over Zoom

  • All sessions are live and online - accessible from anywhere in Alberta

  • A closed group format - no new participants will join after the group begins. This creates a consistent and safe space for trust and connection to grow

A Step-by-Step Journey

Each week builds on the last, gradually expanding your insight and skills. By the end of the group, you’ll have a complete toolkit to support your mental health across many areas of your life.

Our approach draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). You’ll learn how to:

  • Recognize the links between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours

  • Understand why you react the way you do and how to shift those patterns

  • Identify and challenge outdated coping strategies that may no longer serve you

  • Develop more flexible, balanced responses to life’s stressors

  • Set meaningful goals in alignment with your values

  • Take small, consistent steps each week to move forward

  • Connect with others in the group - a powerful reminder that you're not alone in your struggles

Why It Works

This is an active skills-based group, not just a discussion circle. Like learning an instrument or training a muscle, your growth will come through weekly practice and engagement - both during and between sessions.

By the end of the program, you can expect to walk away with:

  • Greater self-awareness

  • Practical tools for navigating emotions and challenges

  • A renewed sense of clarity and direction

  • Stronger emotional resilience

  • A supportive experience of connection and community

A Few Things to Know

  • It's important to attend each session, as the content builds week to week

  • You’ll be encouraged to practice skills between sessions to reinforce what you’re learning

  • Group size is limited to preserve the quality and intimacy of the experience

If you're ready to rewire old patterns, renew your outlook, and refresh your approach to mental health, this group offers a guided path forward with professional support and community along the way.
